Stoke Place Wedding ~ Slough

Alicia and Jonny had their wedding last August at the beautiful Stoke Place in Slough.

For their pre-shoot they took me to an Alpaca Farm! It was eventful 😉 and they both totally smashed the photo shoot. Which made me super excited for their wedding day and it was everything I expected and more. Super pretty details, brilliantly funny speeches and a full on dance floor that was ‘avin it’…. My favourite!!!

Anything you would personally like to share about your day?

As I’m sure all brides would say it was the best day ever! The emotions are beyond what you can imagine and to be sharing them with all of your favourite people in the world is the most incredible feeling. We did not stop smiling all day & even after 12months of saving and planning it was 100% worth every effort and penny, we would happily do it all over again if we could. & I must say I think the money spent on finding the right photographer was the best thing we spent our money on, you were such a big part of our day and made us so relaxed plus the pictures are so so special, you have captured our memories in the most beautiful way and that is completely priceless!

Any advice to future couples you have since learnt about the planning process/ wedding day?

Planning – Be organised, create lists and spreadsheets but also don’t obsess over all the little details, it will all be perfect on the day (even when things don’t go the plan, you won’t even notice!)
On the wedding day – if my experience is anything to go by, even after all your best plans and organisation things will be beyond your control and you may not stick to your timings but that doesn’t matter because it is your day and things will happen when they happen and everyone will work around that. Also make sure you save some cake, it will be gone before you know it!
