Well where do I begin with this beaut of a wedding? I was so excited when the couple first contacted me as Tunnels Beaches is one of my all time favourite wedding venues which happens to be down in Devon. I love it so much that I actually changed my own wedding arrangements to have our wedding there too! So I was super excited to be heading back down there again with the loveliest of couples, Charlotte and Dave!
They both got ready at their accommodation The Tides, which is a very short walk from the venue. Dave was downstairs and Charlotte upstairs, which made it very easy for me to flitter between them both as and when I needed. It also made for a really lovely and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone together in one house!
The weather was a little gloomy in the morning but it soon brightened up and the colours they chose for the wedding where so happy and fresh, it could have been pouring down with rain and it would still have been a bright and happy day! Charlotte and the bridesmaids had flowers in their hair, acoustic guitar playing in the day, a gourmet BBQ…. A real good fun, relaxed wedding day! My cuppa tea entirely. =)
Here are their highlights of their special day at Tunnels Beaches ~
Here they come! … love the below image… so happy and in love =)
Aeroplane confetti!! how cool is that!!??
Charlotte’s amazing graphic design skills coming into play ….Mouth wateringly yummy food ….They had their first dance outside! I love this idea if the evening is warm =)sunset… feels so peaceful Thanks so much to Charlotte and Dave along with their friends and family for being so incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I had finished my day, Dave came over with a drink for me and said I should enjoy the rest of the evening with them all … so I did just that and I absolutely loved it! =)
I am so looking forward to the next time I get to photograph at the this beautiful venue – Tunnels Beaches.
